Rapid sore throat relief

Fantastic! Our whole family takes it at the first signs of a cold. Usually, after one to two days, we feel much better. When my throat hurts, I mix two capsules in a small amount of water and drink it. I refrain from eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterwards, repeating this three times daily. No need for throat rinses; recovery happens swiftly!

An excellent immunomodulator and herbal antibiotic. With my weak immunity, cat's claw has been a brilliant find. I managed to tackle the signs of a common cold in just a couple of days by taking 2 capsules twice daily. Unlike antibiotics, it's better tolerated. However, I've read it's not recommended for women trying to conceive.

Common cold? Let's say goodbye! Honestly, friends recommended this supplement. When I caught a cold, it helped me recover five days faster, and my overall health improved significantly!
The common cold is a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract, primarily affecting the nose and throat. It's caused by a variety of viruses, with rhinoviruses being the most prevalent. Symptoms generally include a runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, cough, sneezing, mild headache, and sometimes a low-grade fever. While the common cold is often mild and resolves on its own within a week or two, it can still be bothersome and impact daily activities.
Transmission occurs through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs or sneezes, or by touching surfaces contaminated with the virus. Preventative measures include frequent handwashing, using hand sanitizer, and avoiding close contact with infected individuals. Since there is currently no cure for the common cold, treatment focuses on symptom relief through over-the-counter medications, adequate rest, and hydration. While colds may be uncomfortable, they are generally not serious; however, seeking medical attention may be necessary if symptoms worsen or persist for an extended period.

It works! I started using Cat's Claw last fall and was amazed that I didn't catch a cold—my long-time companion. Initially, I experienced purulent pimples as toxins were expelled, but these cleared up within two weeks. If I feel any discomfort in the evening, I take Vitamin C 1000 and two capsules of Cat's Claw, and after two hours, I feel much better. If my review helps anyone, I’m glad.

Family health boost
This was one of my initial purchases on iHerb. Once more, I must say it WORKS. It assists my entire family. I began taking it last autumn and was astonished that I didn’t catch a common cold, which has always been my unwelcome companion. Now, Cat's Claw is my new companion. Initially, I experienced some purulent spots on my hands as detoxification occurred, but this cleared up within two weeks and hasn’t recurred. If you ever feel a bit uncomfortable in the evening, taking 1000mg of Vitamin C alongside two capsules of Cat's Claw makes a noticeable difference after a couple of hours. I hope my review is beneficial to someone.

Say No To Cold: an excellent remedy for colds. We drink it with the bark of the ant tree; together, they help combat colds, fatigue, and fever. I always keep cat's claw and ant tree bark at home.
